Return Policy

• Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt
• The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging
• Please contact us before sending the product back

How to make a return?

Please send an email with the order number, product name, and reason for the return, pack the product well, and send it according to the instructions you will receive.

Return shipping cost

Returns due to change of mind or incompatibility - the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Returns due to a defective or damaged product - the shipping cost will be borne by us.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send an email confirmation.

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.
